Leading Teams and Organizations

Whole leaders are rooted in their sense of purpose. To create distinct relevance for their customers and society, these leaders think widely and clearly about their organizational strategy. Whilst engaging people to implement the strategies effectively, they also have a keen understanding of their people’s values and aspirations and coach them towards performance and career growth.

What Participants Say

Google Review

I recently took the "Career Conversation" course offered by Flame Center and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The course was designed to provide a structured model for conducting career conversations, and it definitely delivered.

The instructor provided a well-organized and highly informative course that gave me a clear understanding of how to have effective career conversations with others. The course covered a variety of practical techniques that were immediately applicable in real-world situations.

One of the things that I appreciated most about this course was the emphasis on active listening and asking open-ended questions. These skills are critical in any career conversation.

Overall, I highly recommend the "Career Conversation" course offered by Flame Center.
